Managed Detection & Response (MDR)

Managed Detection & Response (MDR)

Round-the-clock monitoring of endpoints, identity, email, network and cloud, with analysts authorised to contain attacks as they happen.

Overview

In many breach investigations the attack was visible in the logs days before anyone acted. The alert fired at two in the morning, landed in a shared mailbox and was read on Sunday. MDR closes that gap: our analysts watch your environment continuously, investigate what the tools flag and act within limits you approve in advance, such as isolating a laptop or disabling an account.

We can run on the EDR, SIEM and email security you already own, or deploy and manage them for you. Detection rules are mapped to MITRE ATT&CK® and updated from our penetration-testing and incident-response work, so they reflect how attackers actually behave in the region. Every month you receive a plain report of what happened and what was done.

How an engagement runs

  1. Scope and rules of engagement

We agree objectives, scope, timing and authority in writing before any testing or monitoring starts.

  2. Assess

We establish what you have, how it is exposed and what an attacker would target first.

  3. Prioritise

Findings ranked by business impact, with a remediation plan your team can act on.

  4. Protect and verify

Controls implemented, then retested to confirm the fix works.

  5. Monitor and respond

24/7 detection, with a tested plan and our responders on call when an incident occurs.
