Cloud or in-country: deciding where regulated workloads should live
The question is rarely cloud versus no cloud. It is which data can go where, under which law, and what it costs to move it back if you change your mind.

Cloud strategy, migration, platform engineering and cost management for organisations moving workloads off ageing infrastructure.
Moving to the cloud is rarely a single project. Some systems can be lifted as they are, some need to be rebuilt, and some must stay in the country or on premises for regulatory reasons. We start with an inventory of applications and data, classify each one, and agree a target that may combine a public cloud region, a sovereign cloud and existing data-centre capacity.
We then build the landing zone, with identity, networking, logging and guardrails defined as code, and migrate in waves. Development teams get pipelines that test and deploy automatically. After go-live we watch the bill as closely as the uptime: tagging, rightsizing and reserved capacity typically remove a meaningful share of wasted spend in the first year.
| Service | Scope | Technologies and methods |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud strategy and migration | Assessment, landing zones and migration of applications and data to public, sovereign or hybrid cloud. | Landing zones, Lift and modernise, Hybrid cloud |
| Cloud-native and Kubernetes | Containerised platforms, service meshes and serverless architectures that scale with demand. | Kubernetes, Containers, Serverless |
| DevOps and platform engineering | CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code and internal developer platforms that let teams ship safely every day. | CI/CD, Terraform, GitOps |
| FinOps | Visibility, tagging, rightsizing and commitments that cut cloud spend without cutting capability. | Cost visibility, Rightsizing, Commitment planning |
We map the process, the users and the constraints before proposing any technology.
Architecture, user experience, security model and delivery plan, agreed with your team.
Short delivery cycles, with working software demonstrated every two weeks.
Testing, data migration, training and a controlled go-live.
Hand-over to your team, or 24/7 operation by ours under agreed service levels.

Information Technology
Mirroring a screen from left to right takes a stylesheet. Building a product that Arabic speakers find natural takes decisions about numbers, names, search and type that start on day one.

Information Technology
Most organisations do not need to replace their core systems to modernise. They need a clean way for everything else to talk to them.
