Good software starts with watching people work. Before we design a screen we sit with the clerks, customers and managers who will use the system, map what they actually do, and agree what success looks like. Designers then prototype the main journeys in Arabic and English, and we test them with real users before development starts.
Our engineers build in short cycles and demonstrate working software every two weeks. Code is reviewed, tested automatically and documented so another team could take it over. Many clients keep us on afterwards for maintenance and new features; others take the code in-house, and we make sure that hand-over is clean.
