Overview
The GCC imports most of the food it consumes, and food security is a national priority in Oman. Our agricultural desk sources rice, sugar, grains, edible oils and feed from established origins in South and Southeast Asia, the Black Sea, South America and Australia, and delivers to importers, mills and distributors in the Gulf and East Africa.
Food cargoes need more than a price. We arrange fumigation, phytosanitary and halal certification, pre-shipment inspection and the import permits each market requires, and we pack to order, from 1 kg retail bags to bulk vessels.
